I wonder if there's really little to no support for a way to quickly see a list of recently uploaded chapters of the manga you're reading. I would've expected a lot more people wanting to avoid having to go to your feed page all the time and having to avoid updates from other languages and whatnot... 😓

I mean, if you're on a desktop reading this reply, it's two clicks ('Home' in the left sidebar, then 'Updates' on the mainsite left sidebar). On mobile it's... four? (Hamburger in upper left, 'Home', hamburger, 'Updates'.) That seems reasonably quick. Unless I'm entirely misunderstanding something.

I'm assuming you've set the 'chapter languages' on the mainsite preferences.

Well that's obviously assuming you're on the forums all the time, which....I guess most people here are.

Before I became active on the forum, I found it annoying to have to go back to the site again (log in) and check if there's something new. Even before having an account I was annoyed by non-English translation chapters pushing up a manga when sorting on latest update.

That's why I built something that allowed me to have a bookmark folder on my browser's bookmark bar where the entries automatically update to show the latest manga chapters for the manga on my reading list, so I can see what's new with one click.

I figured more people would share that same annoyance I had, but I guess it's my fault for having tunnel vision in this area. 😓
Thanks for sharing your perspective. (y)
