Basically, they now have better housing and life conditions than before.

They have a salary.
They have premium health care.
They get free education.
Due to them being employed by Mukoda, no one dares to mess with them or they will face the wrath of Mukoda's patrons as long as they don't abuse it.
Everytime their boss is around, they get treated to souvenirs and food from distant lands.

Not denying it is "Indentured Servitude" but it is just distasteful for me. Could even say I would prefer that than my current work.

i'm fine without a love interest tho i'm sure if hestays there forever, even if we don't see it on screen he might settle down and have a kid/wife but i am surprised there wasn't slightly more fanservice b/c for some reason in the beginning/first chapter he introduced himself as a '27 year old virgin', usually emphasis on that implies there'd be some kinda encounter happening even if not a full on harem
