Yep, Kogane's older sister, Akane.

So, Akane used to spend a lot of time studying with Doji. Noted. Also, very heartwarming to see Akane get some good daughter points and fulfilling her promise to her parents. Fun Fact: I read the sound effect as "smug" in the panel before Kogane's mom gets called smug. Goro helping out with buying appliances for Kongo village is probably more meaningful than it first seems. Even a minor thing like replacing appliances with more modern conveniences is important in keeping the village stay afloat and attached to the world, if you will. Thanks as always to sarusa and thumper.
