Until she showed up on another streamer's stream, beat the shit out of him and lectured him, and it was confirmed that he was taken to the hospital for that incident, people in-world thought she was just another AI-produced character running a fake stream. It was specifically that incident that made it unable to be ignored that she was not some fake stream, but a legit undiscovered elite.

Japanese net-culture thing. Lines of W's is how they go "lol", and it's often referred to as "grass", i.e. WWWWW. But because this is an elegant young lady's stream, mere grass is far too much a commoner's thing, if not outright vulgar /s. So the joke is instead of grass, they're using proper herbs, which the translator/editor is putting in as "Herbaceous".
