Only one we don’t have an idea where their head is Shige. I don’t see her as someone who’d be smitten after a hook-up with a guy she reluctantly helped. I’m speculating her interest in Gotou comes from navigating through some trauma of her own. Whether or not it stems from Inukai is anyone’s guess as well. But her newfound investment in our MC feels like a savior complex of sorts. Like as promiscuous as she may be in association with company like Agawa, she seemed to have issues with outright being used by Inukai so maybe in a way she longs for intimacy and sympathizes with Gotou. Attempting to show him moving from one extreme of multiple shallow hook-ups to the extreme polar opposite isn’t the way either…
