Honestly, reading 29.1 and then hopping to 30 didn't really confuse me when I first read this. They captured him, the rest of the protags get the ransom note, we go from there.

It sort of pissed me off that there was chapter 29.1 already uploaded but not 29.2 so I was like fuck it, I'll upload the chapter on MD for convenience's sake.
