Iirc, she is camellia's half sister and lover of the hero in the group that was summoned. The hero was treated much better than the rest of the students, and was the most torn when choosing between the kingdom and his classmates, when it was revealed to him the mistreatment they went through.

Celia is portrayed as a scheming, sly villain by her sister, but from what I remember she is just someone who doesn't like what her family is doing and genuinely loves the "hero" from MC's world.

After the MC and his classmates fled, Celia was imprisoned for helping them, since the class was meant to be used as slave soldiers.
Oh so he wants her freed for the hero and Camila is assuming its to join the Demon King for use.

Well, at least the stupid perfume / seiza stuff only took up 1.5 pages.

I'm kind of surprised there are still these kinds of plots. The manga very quickly jumped through all of the hoops with Kento going back to Earth and quickly being trusted by the government and believing magic was real and what not. Without any stupid plots likes "I don't know, a kid showed up with magic and showed me definitive proof of another world... But everyone knows magic isn't real so the kid is just making all of this stuff up" or "Kento survived, he must have been the one to plant the bomb!"

And yet there are still these stupid "I can't believe you were near a woman" plots.

alright, into the trash can this goes. figured i'd stick with it since im already this far in but its become insufferable. gl to anyone who can read this abysmal dogshit.
As a first time translation for me im just curious if your comment was directed at the storyline or the translation itself, just for feedback sake.

Cerezeth went to buy a pack of cigarettes, so I am glad someone is continuing the translation. It was missing a few plurals on the words, and Demon King is what we were using (Demon Lord is just a different translation). Kento says (name)-tachi when ordering around his familiars, because they are basically military units, he woudn't use such lose terminology as 'and the others'. Otherwise, this seemed pretty good translation.

Changes from web novel source:
  • The Knights had been being told Camilla was ‘in negotiations with the Demon King’ by her.
  • Kento didn’t have any gigawolves at this point, but did have dozens of kobolds.
  • The soldiers were launching barrages of magic spells, but the mangaka cut to close ups of commanders to avoid having to draw that. Mangaka was also lazy showing such in chapters 41 & 42 during the goblin siege.
Thank you for the feedback, i had to add a little bit of extra "flavor text" at some points since the translation was done via a translator app and what came out didnt always make sense lol.
But it was my first time translating so i hope everyone can be patient with me, and i definitely appreciate the feedback.

Im currently trying my hand at ch58 next and ill try to keep in mind what you noted in ways of "Demon King" instead of Demon Lord or Maou and the use of
-tachi (I just looked it up to see its meaning and use in structure lol) in conjuction with pluralizing his familiars.

Each ch it gets worse and worse :shamihuh:

1- MC literally having to teach a Evil retard why doing Evil things is bad
2- Having to do all this work ALONE because the rest of his school is FUCKING USELESS
and then there's the cherry on top
with the 3 women having the AUDACITY to actually making him sit while they complain that he apparently got near a women :shamihuh:
the last one is explained with the first one, MC is weak to big tits ... like holy crap, he just got sick of her once again in how they k!lled criminals (I would say innocent criminals as they weren't even people that deserved the death penalty), but MC just focused on her face n tits and then pretty much forgot everything. the girls are right this time.

2nd point as always is a good one, MC just stressed all the time thanks to his moronic classmates being useless and problematic

She killed 6 million people in a genocide for retarded reasons? I can't believe it, someone this cute? Looks down
At best, its near 300K people. plus he not that bad. IJN did far more worse to Chinese and to other south east Asian people.

even Leopold II of Belgium did far worst to people of Congos. Stalin cause more death to his own people than mustache man.

so if genderbend Austrian painer with big titty and thick thigh begging for forgiveness, why not?

That was explained in the chapter
Explained badly if you think about it. She said the summoning circle goes for 15 year old. But as pointed out by MC everyone including teachers were brought and you have to remember.... they were 8th graders when it happened. That means they were 13-14. Unless one of their classmates was held back and had a early birthday, no one should have been 15. But right now with the passage of time his entire class should be 14-15 years old. He can in theory summon his entire class teachers included back to their world if they were all gathered like before.

not that I'm defending the hackneyed clichés, but humanity as a whole have a thing about cheating on their spouse and then lying about it. So if the author or mangaka got a front row seat as one side habitually cheated on the other, and was a basic all round asshole about it, I could definitely see these tropes being used as an outlet for that emotional childhood trauma.

She also stated they had only analyzed and translated roughly 5% of the actual text of the spell, so take all those spell parameters and specifications with a pacific ocean's worth of salt

That's true. Actually shows how not so bright that whole family is, learned 5% and assumed the other 95%. That can't even be called an educated guess.

I don’t know what it says about Japanese culture or desires but why does almost every isekai harem have this same dynamic where the guy is completely whipped?

He’s either awesome enough for the women to accept their asymmetrical relationship or he’s not. The women are trying to have it both ways and the guy is just letting it happen. Why?

These people should understand who’s replaceable in this dynamic and act accordingly.

It's mostly cultural. A Japanese man that has one or more mistresses to care for is often criticized if he fails to keep them and his recognized wife separate and or treate them all appropriately manner. Yes it's a thing and is likely the basis of most harem fantasy depicted in their fiction.

OTOH it's not like the harem protagonist's treatment doesn't have an analog in other media. While the harem aspect is mostly absent, I can think of many American and British sitcoms where the father figure is basicly treated like dirt or comedic relief. Even moreso if there is a hint of infidelity.
