I'd ask what is it that you want out of this, but I don't think you even know yourself.

As I have said many times to others(like MSML, yogurt, etc), it is very important to take your mental health seriously, find prof help if possible. Or read up online on self-therapy procedures.

Letting yourself be consumed by your mental blocks is a good way to lose yourself in your own mind.

They do, in fact you can see the last message of a non-ignored user (including one-self) in every subforum even if you're ignoring the owner of the thread.
