After reading this chapter and seeing the military nation where the supposed other “Amon” come from, and seeing how he extremely prioritised time punctuality, I think Amon might just be a genetically modified human or clones kinda like chimera which has one purpose and that is for war.
Just a theory, the brother theory could also work.

Anyway now that we got our 3rd resident, which come from another nation that have kill people from Lienna nation, I wonder how pacifist Amon and upright Lienna gonna dealt with her.
Maybe a fight will broke out and we’ll finally see why Lienna presence alone could deter other nations invasion.
