Like I said, just call them whole chapters. I'm also not the one making them release weekly. I'm sure most people would find it preferable if they released twice a month with a whole chapter.

I'm not quite familiar with how manga publishers work, but the chapters might be getting split by the publishers and not by the mangakas themselves. The full chapter might be done but is only getting released in halves because of the publisher. I am most likely wrong on that though. It's strange how it's happening to other series too though.
