Kinda figured you knew, but wanted to spell it out for anyone who didn't (on the
off chance someone around here misunderstood something, not that such a thing would
ever happen).
On the flip side of the 'why are we doing this again?' argument, if MD gets funds to keep the servers up without resorting to heinous rate or access limits, and no one's being forced to use the product or shown anything that's more spicy than some of the cover images for the Slop Ten
directly above the banner, I'm thinking 'shut up and take their money!' isn't the worst possible response. I get some people are
way more anti-AI [art, chatbot, everything] than I am, but I'm inclined to take the view that the market will sort things out in its own time. Just my personal opinion, and I'm not going to get too worked up when a bunch of people here disagree strongly so long as the discussion remains civil.
