Izuka turned into a decent guy. The rest had appropriately bad outcomes. Although I do feel bad for Yumeka - I don't know about anyone else but I feel like her outcome was the most disproportionate one. But that's just my personal opinion.

Wow this author & artist duo really did a good job on making the revenge targets suffer. Mashima committing suicide like the coward that he is & after being made a bitch. Kurokawa is probably going to go mentally insane. Yumeka's fate is sad that she's just a druggie though Idk if she treated her STDs... Nishida should be lucky that she's able to walk again & get a job but now has to live with regret that she'll never be an Olympic runner while Tomita is achieving her life's goal (GOOD). Izuka is happy with his life & now away from his mom. After everything that has happened, Sakurai is happy being a care giver since she fought for so long even if her ex-husband thinks she's a monster. Overall a great revenge story & hopefully the other title they are currently working on will also be satisfying. Thanks for translating this to the end @n1.the.noob.

A bit downside on the ending line being just that, but I love how everyone got their payback.

The worst two got death and fate worse than death, and the other 3... well let's say one basically run into her own world, one is now learning the meaning of "consequences" and "you can't turn back time", and one is going for hopeful future.

Quite ironic that Nishida despite being the one who got it better still didnt learn her lesson. She regret fucking with Sakurai because she went after her, but seems she completely forgot how she also started to harrass Aiuchi to to the point to want to cripple Aiuchi's legs to recover her place instead of winning it back fair and square.

Shes not regretting what she did just the consecuences that came to bite her in the ass (or in the legs)

Kurokawa being a pariah in the prison is the most satisfying but also melachonly sad at the same time

Not only almost everyone HATES him to the bone for how some of them are ended up in there due to his daddy dearest doing but he would need to endure it for the next 30+ years is a Complete Personal Hell that he must endure

Just maybe in his perfect world at this time of the year he could've graduated University and secure his future as the next heir of Kurokawa

But now that his family dynasty are nothing more than a BLACK STAIN on his legacy due to his Father and his own undoing and he had to "reap what he sow" for how "For a want of a single teacher" his life ruined he effectively sealed his own faith

I dare say this was a great end to a great revenge manga. And no, I'm not gonna be one of those people who will decry other revenge manga that fall short of this one, because I think it's a dead horse that has been beaten long enough. All in all, satisfying results for what happened.

Mashima took his own life (good riddance), Nishida laments on forever being barred from achieving her dream (despite setting herself up for failure), Yumeka is just straight up gone with the heavy implication that her spiral downward will only continue, and Kurokawa's trapped in his own hell with (hopefully) no chance of parole. Really, Izuka is the one who managed to get himself out of the hole and his life together, and I couldn't be more proud of him. As for Sakurai... well, look at her. There aren't enough words to express how happy I am for her.

It's said that revenge is a dish best served cold, and by God, this dish was served at the absolute lowest temperature. And it hits regardless. My deepest gratitude to the author and artist of the manga, and and even bigger thanks to the ones translating it.

Best case scenario for her would eventually continue dating Yuya now that his clinically insane mother is now out of the picture and just maybe becoming his fiancee and hopefully his future wife

I felt bad for his mother but considering she's totally loco and the one that kickstart this whole debacle for Sakurai sensei no one would've miss her for now that she possibly had to spent the rest of her life in Mental Ward and her husband could possibly divorcing her and put her on "Restraining Order" to stay away from him and his son + girlfriend/possibly future wife

She could have either died from OD or health complications cause of STIs.
Something like a Yakuza related death would make sense too cause of the debt she was piling up (also money for drugs)
