I don't need extended revenge stories with complicated plot and twists.
To be honest, this is the first revenge-type manga that I read that actually feels concluded, instead going martial artist that ended up with WTF in my face for HOW MANY BOOKS IT IS or prolonged last boss twist.

Just keep it simple, and make sure the revenge is done.

I agree, this manga and Misu Misou are the only good revenge manga I have read.
You don't need an overcomplicated story or making your main antagonist another Johan Liebert wannabe to make a revenge manga good, seeing a POS get what they deserve is satisfying by itself.

Sakurai managed to give a big middle finger to Makoto & his dad. So ironic that Kurokawa's comment "just a child's prank" really came back to bite him plus realizing the monster that Makoto is. May he burn in hell for all of eternity while Makoto gets to join him after he bites it. Can't wait to see the finale. Thanks for the translations.

Compound fractures of the tibia in one leg for sure (broken, exposed through skin), possibly both since we're only able to see her legs from one angle. Multiple severe comminuted fractures (non-clean, smashed up internal breaks) across several areas in the tibia and possibly fibula of both legs.

Damage visibly extends to the patella (knees), wouldn't surprise me if there were additional fractures there, damage to the cartilage + joints and contusion in the condyle + epicondyle regions of the femurs.

tl;dr - her legs were basically crushed like a pretty bad car accident
