Heeeeh, so now MC is the one getting jealous of Asahi over Kakeru. Guess it’s MC’s turn to have the misunderstanding this time :aquadrink: This manga really has a lot of jealousy and misunderstandings.

he kinda deserved to get cucked with how she's treating her
The whole initial setting of this manga was that Asahi hasn't been able to act in a way that would attract Ryo's attention. She's been immature and cheeky all the time, which doesn't work on him. Obviously he's not the most mature person around himself, but that doesn't change the fact it's not working. The president, for example, has shaken him much more. It kind of looks like only the physical contact in the shed made the dude realise Asahi really is a girl as well, not just a bothersome younger childhood friend he needs to look after, so they are stuck together.

But then again, with the pronouns you used in your comment, I'm not entirely sure which characters you were referring to.

And now he falls in love with Asahi because reasons. Yeah ok.

Page 19, last panel, the dialogue seems wrong? Why is Ryo saying Kageyama senpai? Aren't they the same age and grade? I think maybe he's meant to be talking to Asahi there?

EDIT: Wait I just realised that he IS Kageyama, so he's telling Asahi to refer to him by name and call him senpai. Might be better if that dialogue said "call me Kageyama senpai!" or something.

We saw plenty of cases where he saw Asahi as a girl earlier in the series. I honestly wouldnt even say that the president has been shown to have him shaken like he was throughout the series with Asahi. It seems more like the author was forced to wrap things up fast so it all feels less organic now.
