Most Likely since the series was already being axed, she wanted an ending between Asahi and MC, but not really being able to write around the unnecessary drama and tsun between them she created

she resorted to aggressive kdrama like romance leading to MC these last few chapters coming onto her really strong for no reason and acting all obsessive over her out of nowhere.

I respect that she wanted to see the series through, but this was definitely a big miss on her part. I just hope she learns from this and improves as an author in her future works. Cause there’s definitely some decent writing buried underneath all the rubble. That and this seems to be there second story ever…

Now I think the president got lucky Ryo chose Asahi. Maybe it wouldn't be good for the future president of a big company heavily in the customer service business to have a husband like this. I reckon Ryo and Asahi will live a more ordinary life, so even if he's somewhat unstable, it still won't matter that much. Not to mention, unlike the president, Asahi wouldn't necessarily need to travel a lot and interact with lots of people, making Ryo explode with jealousy.
