I would actually expect a carry service, they promise a set number of levels or a specific skill... if you can´t walk, surely, there would be a set of skills that would either return the ability or give you something better than the chair

Given how shitty the attitude toward adventurers seems to be (literally saved a girl's life, everyone acts like he's trash for using magic to do so), I almost expect that people hear anything related to dungeons & adventurers and just treat it with the utmost suspicion and contempt.
Also since they're used for power by nations, I feel like the average ignorant layperson would just treat it like if someone in our world said "you know Uranium can give you super powers?" - like they're a crazy person, type deal.

But even outside of that--adventurers are so stigmatized against that I could see the overwhelming majority of them simply discovering this use-case, then keeping both the secret and its application to themselves. Why spread the word and try to help others (speaking generally) if they'll still treat you like dirt for doing so? Most people aren't so magnanimous, especially on the macro level where there's societal hostility.
