This isn't about appealing to overseas readers. It's about ignoring all the Japanese criticism on magapoke and scapegoating foreigners. As far as I can tell she's acting as if only overseas are angry but you can just go look at magapoke and debunk that. It's still overwhelmingly negative even after deleting a whole bunch of messages.

It could also be the editor just enacting publisher policy because the levels of engagement the last few chapters probably exceeded some of their expectations which is both good/bad.

To keep it short they compliment each other well. Sakura has come this far because of Shinobu, and Shinobu has gotten this far because there was Sakura. Comparatively, Yuma doesn't need Sakura, he just wants her for her body, and Sakura doesn't need Yuma because she had Shinobu.
And? Why is that a reason they should get back together? So Shinobu can continue to do and give everything for her while she just cheats around all the time? How is that a good relationship. Who cares what Yuna wants, that doesn't matter. If that's the case Sakura should reap what she sows. Someone who would compliment Sakura is another cheater who would sleep around. Sounds like a better compliment to me

Which is true and that's what they would make changes based off, the Japanese audience. Not an international one.

She hasn't even acknowledged japanese criticism, only overseas criticism. Shes done it passive aggressively too.

But we don’t forgive it.
People have different opinions and experience. I'm in the we portion with you. However, depending on the person and circumstances it makes all the difference in the world. There is much more nuance than black and white.

I could very well change my mind on this stance too if I am in a different situation.

I've just personally seen enough cheating (not personally) that it's unforgivable to me.

It's not just the fact that she cheated it's why/how. She's basically been cheating around for a while with directors and such, sucking dick and all that. She literally doesn't seem to care about that, or react or reflect on it.

She sees one thing and then doesn't communicate, cuts all ties immediately, moves and switches agencies.

She gives it a couple of hours and immediately just runs to sleep with someone else. You kidding me? That's way beyond just cheating.

Exact same ones I put up earlier, not much to add. Shinobu was happy to do the things he was doing for Sakura, and Sakura loved Shinobu for it. Sakura cheating with Yuma was a tragic event that resulted from the manipulation scheme helmed by Yuma and his fellow blonde actress for the last 20 chapters. Sakura is not a cheating slut, just a vulnerable girl taken advantage of by a horny guy at her most vulnerable moment.

I'm not saying it's not dumb and I personally wouldn't forgive her but there are a lot of different people with differing opinions in this world.

There are plenty of people willing to work something like this out.

Imo it wont work out long term because you can never not have trust issues going forward but I'm sure there are cases it has.

It goes way beyond just the cheating (also the director, and toppy and all the other times). If you had any respect for Shinobu as an MC this relationship should be over forever.

It's taking advantage of others kindness, its no self reflection or introspection, its no communication, its jumping to conclusions, its infidelity, its a lack of trust for Shinobu, its hiding your previous infidelity. She also hasnt seem to have showed hardly any remorse or accountability for anything.

If someone had anyrespect for Shinobu as an MC this relationship should be over forever.

One awful decision made in a pressured moment will not make someone an awful person forever.
100% this. She's dumb as fuck but she's not irredeemable. How many shonen villains have been redeemed after initially being evil? Tons, and those villains actually killed people.

I'm not saying that shonen and this are the same. But I think the concept follows.

Sorry man, but she didn't just do one awful decision, she did three, and there's one more that we're still not sure happened: the cheating, breaking up via text, and switching agencies/breaking her contract with Shinobu.

This is Sakura's most dangerous flaw, she mentally blanks in situations like these and goes with flow. Let's breakdown the series of events for a broader picture: 1) Sakura overhears bits of a conversation suggesting Shinobu wants to quit as her manager, 2) She decides to leave at first but ultimately returns to try and talk to Shinobu and then witnesses the kiss scene, 3) She runs away and texts Yuma to confirm Shinobu's cheating, 4) Yuma magically show up in front of her around the station and takes her back to his place in the end, 5) Yuma leaves to go buy drinks (and condoms probably) at the store, 6) Sakura break down crying once she's alone again, 7) Yuma on his return sees a vulnerable crying Sakura and proceeds to take advantage here and rails her all night. Once it gets to the morning and Sakura catches up on what happened, she feels she's left with no other options, and at some point blonde and staff agency also show up with a contract for her to sign and start helping her with the move. Even before these events Yuma and blonde were already manipulating her, suggesting Shinobu is not good for her and that Yuma and their agency is a better fit, their schemes worked perfectly in the end.
