Theoretically that's probably the only solution, but also requires something that bypasses all her crap to do it in the first place, since her power is basically a child going "Nuh-uh, that doesn't work" and "I just kill you faster than light" and making it real.

While I don't doubt that the axe is starting to fall, I kinda call bullshit on this scenario. How does Cattleya know they have to kill each other?

If there are only 3 key parts, and she hasn't gone and claimed the 3rd already, then what is that claim based on?

Is the logic that because every human is really just a nin'you, killing them lets you extract their (inactive?) aramitama, which I guess contains the key?

She wants people to live hand in hand but the natural tragedy of their world that effects everyone is a just punishment for their destructive nature? ...She's probably just going to kill everybody... If I had to guess, her plan is to reawaken humans into nin'you so that youmafication applies to them too.

The most disappointing thing to me rn is that cheapshot ._.

But seriously, I think Cattleya is written THIS extreme because of how things have had to speed-up for what seems to be an obvious axe. Otherwise the tension and confrontation between her and Kagura would have taken much more time to build-up. That, or she wouldn't even be a villain at all.

I mean ffs, she hates both ninyou and ningen criminals that cause harm without good reason. She also doesn't simply want to stop youmafication because that would just reverse the discrimination once again. On that front, she's actually IN THE RIGHT. Kagura's goal is actually pretty bad considering the information we have now.

Cattleya saying she hates people is fucking absurd when her absurd power comes from how much she hates unjustified harm towards said people.

She can disintegrate anything by touch, recover from any injury, can be anywhere she can see, can be in multiple places at once, and can even disintegrate anything by looking but generally doesn't because lol. Cattleya losing at this point requires bad writing.

Yeah.. Cattleya is pretty absurd. All Kagura has going for her is big lady strong lady. With a twist like this it'd take the asspull to end all asspulls for Kagura to win.
I think the author wrote themselves into a lose lose situation.. unless the axe was already looming before this story choice was made.

Kagura will simply just learn to cut intangible things including concepts

Is this getting axed? The last half of the last arc and now this... reminds me of a different manga where a caretaker was suddenly the evil last boss to close out the manga where it was obvious that wasnt where it was heading.

During the fight where the vessels was introduced it sounded like that side already had vessels... for them to be just 3 and none on their team its way off

The last chapters felt quite rushed. Don't get me wrong, they are still plenty epic. Cattleya's stomping, Kagura cutting off her (presumably dominant) hand without hesitation (not a good handicap considering who she is up against). But it feels like it originally was planned to unfold much slower. Proclaiming that the third vessel is in japanland, there should still be a short arc after this one, I guess.

But isn't Cattleya claiming that there are only three vessels/keys a contradiction? One in Kagura, one in Cattleya, one in japanland... what about the one in the deceased dragon guy? Or does that one not count because he was either just a former vessel (his key had gone over to Kagura beforehand) or because Cattleya already absorbed it and merged it with her own? Or Cattleya is just lying about some details for some reason or another.
