What reason is there to not talk? She's very open with the kids and tells them literally everything about her life as Yamatagi Madara. And her relationship to Chiyo in the past was positive.

Then again I am a lil bit biased

I managed to catch up to the current scanlations from the 1st chapter. The marriage of genuine brutality of the past and the mellowing effect of the passage of time is really well-handled by the author. I'm really happy we got a surplus of chapters ahead of us that we can look forward to.
