Some comments said that they aren't going to follow the light novel as strictly as before the author didn't want anything changed for the manga but seems to have softened on that plus she is there when he gets kicked out of the party they just formed BUT that could be a continuity error some of the girls designs are changed too for instance the fox girl wasn't a Loli and had a fox head the rabbit girl was a loser looking as well.
