Sakura really is an idiot she jumped straight into a relationship with a guy who only showed her what she wanted to see. That's kinda funny in a tragic kind of way since it cost her the only person in her life who supported her unconditionally that was proven by the fact that shinobu wanted her to succeed even after she cheated on him. Funny thing is it was shionbu who was supposed to suffer because he didn't understand sakura when it seems the other way around now when I think about it.

I'm too positive, it's why I still think the writers can retcon/gloss over it and make it so that Sakura actually never dated fucboi. Because going back to their conversation, even if the topic was unsavory, if they've been dating then fucboi should know by now how to best control Sakura and all he has to do is stand up, get romantically physical with her a bit and she instantly gives in to his decision.

I don't know about moved on its really hard to say if fumi was just rebound sex or not it would be out of character for shionbu to just up and leave fumi but the lack of a confession from him plus her not really asking for one is well worrying fumi has done no wrong by shionbu unlike sakura and she is adorable as a character so seeing her get hurt if it happens will be a sad affair.

My only issue with taking the Fumi angle to truth bomb Sakura is that Fumi doesn't know the full details, I doubt Shinobu told her about the meeting with fucboi. So just having Sakura and Shinobu meet directly would still be more effective imo

It can vary. Some people can take more than months to fully move on. But Shinobu is a strong minded person!
