The MC has a really twisted mindset; he hates his friend but can't bring himself to cut ties, plus he's obsessed with his sister. Basically, he's a piece of shit living a shitty reality, targeted by a yandere and a stalker.

The way he complains about hating his friend simply because people like him, while the friend is shown to be supportive and attentive to MC really just makes MC look like a whiny loser. The sister at least has a real reason to dislike her brother, she doesn't like the way he strings girls along. Not sure what she possibly sees in MC though.

The first chapter makes it feel like a mistery but the title literally says who the stalker is.
And when MC gone to the confession spot he had the letter in hand, why didn't he return it then? I can understand that in the shock and embarassment the girl forgot to ask it back, but it was in his hand.
