I don't know if the video mentions but my surface level knowledge is that there was some issues behind the scenes I remembered the hiatus news. So I assume that's why the anime came out like it did. I'll be honest the Amayo no Tsuki promo art for the anime makes me worry cause it has that noticeable quality but I'm still optimistic.

Aki's sister story was trash tho can't defend that. Random incest plot.
I think the reason the story moved away from the Main MCs is cause they already finished their story. Yori and Himari got together they kissed and they meet parents so there's not much to tell with their story aside from what I'm hoping comes after testing since Himari said she'll sort her feelings out before they get intimate
