Can't take his works seriously since there's almost always no conclusion. His works always start out great but he is unable to finish them, and if you think about it, it's all quite similar in the settings. Male protag who secretly has immense power or is unique, an emotionless MILF figure behind him and a great battle/conflict. Aflame Inferno, Freezing and Drawing all followed the same pattern.

This is kinda funny to read, considering Akira has been getting beaten constantly for the entire story despite supposedly being strong

Interesting that they’re talking about heroic spirits and the Earth’s texture layers. Straight out of a Fate lore sample. I like how there are tiers which a person can’t actually cross above due to inherent limits. So the hero Mayan, the original, is actually at mythological level given his impact on the world and power. Given he is technically transcendent even though he is technically an human, isn’t it fully possible for another to reach that level conceptually? Like Akira? That logical bridge exists, even without the blessing of the end boosting him.

I’m super curious to see where this is going in how it’ll lead to a power up for him.
