I actually got banned from twitter pretty recently too, I mainly used it to look at my favorite artists and to replace twitter I just moved to pixiv. I think its much better for finding art you'll actually like and getting jumpscared with weird porn if you're into that though im guessing you're not antisocial like me and probably had friends on twitter... I cant really help you with that part
