He should have killed her ages ago. Considering the stakes and it was already obvious she didn't care about this world seeing it as a game. She knew about the game's story and it would lead to war (and not some small regional trash fight either)

Allen could have been nice about it. Talk to her first revealing himself as a fellow terran too. If she would have remained a delusional moron then take her to murder town. (making her disappear would not have been very hard since Allen had stealth powers early on)
