I feel like this is one of those times that I need to know for sure if they end up back together and it happens in a reasonable amount of chapters (like, in 25 or so chapters) before I decide to continue investing in this.

The MC is an annoying, loser bitch who does not deserve to be with the FMC. He had her, he (most likely) threw her away, when I’m sure she was more than happy to stay with him, because of his low self esteem. And then basically chooses to not work on his low self esteem issues rather just be a loner loser bitch.

FMC deserves better than this limp wristed trash. It would be so refreshing if FMC kinda put him on blast for it. He better get it together, FAST.

It'd be nice if it wasn't the same script copied across 4 chapters, if nothing else.
You could interchange his internal narrative between each chapter released and it wouldn't actually change anything, which is a touch repetitive and lazy in terms of the writing.

And if he's a "normal high school kid", then what does that make the senpai? Should she be getting flak instead, if he's acting as totally expected and not at all worthy of criticism?
