You're mostly right. However, in this world some people have willingly sold themselves into slavery and agreed to go become a slave to be able to repay debts or for whatever reason. In such situations, they fully understand what it means to become a slave, which in turn means they are consenting to it. Furthermore, it's possible that some slaves want to have sex. They might have been forced into being slaves, but that doesn't mean they themselves don't have a sex drive or a desire for it. That, or they willingly chose to become slaves, and thus consent to the sex as well. But most likely by and large, yes it's probably slave rape. Although in MC's case, if I remember correctly I think Roxanne and Sherry sold themselves into slavery to help support their families. While they might not have been keen on all the aspects of slavery, they nonetheless still made a decision to become slaves for the money.
At the end of the day, if it makes you that uncomfortable, just don't read it.

The thing for me is I found Vesta to be a missed opportunity considering she was born into slavery and from what I've heard she had some interesting characterization in the WN that was lost in the LN, but she ultimately devolves into what she is in the LN
I actually have some hope that we will see Rutina early since we see in Chapter 95 that Durandal has Ignore Defense which doesn't get revealed until LN Vol 9 in the most anticlimactic way and "Ignore Level gap Modifers" Probably is referring to [LN 13]the fact that some weapons cannot be used due to low level/low strength, but can be wielded by anyone if the restriction is lifted by using a "Guild Temple" found when defeating the top floor. Since both of those have been revealed early I think we may see a glimpse of Rutina because there's an upcoming chapter where he visits her father's castle

In truth, Durandal has tremendous development potential. I think if the hero used the sword in every fight, the sword could constantly evolve to become stronger. But the hero is currently focusing entirely on using magic, and that's very frustrating. I want to see the sword evolve through all its stages. Also, the author didn't delve deeply enough into the roles and classes—I mean roles like the hero, the sex maniac, and the adventurer. There are many missing details about them.

No, I specifically meant that she was worried that the order would change now that the new girl is here and that her own role would be diminished as a result, but the translation failed to catch that.

Outside of ability to present a criminal's card to authorities, it hasn't been specified, so it's anybody's guess. It would be amusing to imagine that they somehow attach it to a gravestone or something... but much more plausible that they just throw it away.
