I know I'm reading this series wrong but I do enjoy the dungeon diving elements. What grinds my gears is Michio isn't near as aggressive as he should be regarding equipment.

Realistically buying Miria wasn’t a great choice, with the language barrier it’s harder for her to act effectively in combat. The problem is that not only the strength of monsters increases but so do numbers, meaning they have to have numbers as well to counter that. In some ways numbers are better for them since they level-up so much faster than people normally do; raw stats are making up for the gear short-fall. Of course that also means they have to go back to lower floors to level-up the new member, which means less income from the lower level goods Making it harder to buy better gear. Basically it’s another “why didn’t Jack fit on the door“ issue.

Miria's situation is unconfortable and I guess it's making people remember MC's building a SLAVE harem.

What are you talking about? Mushoku Tensei came years before this did, to the point that it is literally the protogene for isekai as a genre.

I actually do not mind prioritizing getting a full compliment of party members, but he still doesn't go after Skill crystals aggressively enough especially since Sherry will never fail fusion and even after. Also say he has her make a weapon with two skills, those are exceedingly rare (not even the duke or duchess had a dual skilled item) that's gonna fetch well into the 100k Nars mark. However, that also would make him and sherry stick out.

More egregiously perhaps is how he doesn't even ask sherry about Durandal's 5x ATK skill. Since we know 2x INT exists, then 2x ATK probably exists, but he never asks her about 5x considering all the other skills on Durandal can be replicated 5x Atk should be able to as well. However, [spoiler LN14] even after he gets all his slaves he still doesn't go after Skill Crystals aggressively even though he has over 1.5 Million nars!.

I do understand why this is happening from a writer's perspective. The Writer just doesn't want to make him too strong which opens up this plot hole. It's the same reason the writer doesn't have him use Overwhelming a lot because it would make fights boring like the fight with the four bandits.

I’ve embraced depravity by reading this far. But it feels too soon with the cat girl. MC has acknowledged it but it seems Roxanne has rushed her. Don’t really like that.

I mean, you can't really get around the fact that they're all slaves and he's basically buying them with both utility AND sex in mind. Is it morally deplorable? Yea. But that means you really should think that way about Roxanne too. MC bought her because she was hot. Her capabilities were a bonus outside of that, that he wasn't even fully aware of just how great she was until he actually saw her in action. Not to mention, she's a slave, and thus she already understood the assignment that she was going to have to service the MC in that way as well. You can't say that their first time that Roxanne was a fully 100% committed and willing participant. She was a slave and knew that that's what she had to do. Did she come around to it later? Sure, but it didn't start out that way. And you can always argue that that due to the slave and master relationship, even the current state that they're at with each other is still a huge power imbalance that it's not really a full consensual thing because it only got there due to the master and slave relationship.

Looking up wikipedia, the WN for Mushoku Tensei first came out on 2012, while this came out a year earlier in 2011.

I actually think the author has been hinting that Sex Maniac has an upper job that may result in children with other species. However, I wonder how that'd even work with the series' 'laws' and last time I thought I knew where the series was going was [LN9 I think]Roxanne was going to reveal that her parents were killed by Simon, but that never went anywhere

Could be that Sogano-sama just limits releases to what can be done in spare time.

Yeah he checks it in the manga and LN as well Fragarach when he's doing the early tests, but he's never looked at the lv 6 accessory.

Simon is part of Heinz's gang who are going to show up after we're done with Miria. He's a Wolfkin pirate who uses a one-handed sword. I think she said they died in the Labyrinth as well which was why I thought Simon was their murderer
