Like I said, we don't got the budget to get big names like @Robinisback anymore..
Speaking about budget, do you remember when you had to buy the parts for a low-cost waifu?

we can see in a message sent last April and here in a recent (August) message that @K.Angel's timezone is UTC+2 in those two months. unfortunately this does not help to narrow down the list of countries (as in Europe daylight savings time begins at the end of March and ends near the end of October, so we'd need a timestamp outside of this end of March–end of October range to narrow down even further.)

this leaves us with the following countries:
Europe:
Albania, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czechia, Denmark, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Hungary, Italy, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Norway, Poland, San Marino, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Vatican City

Africa:
South Africa, Egypt, Libya, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Eswatini, Malawi, Zambia, Mozambique, Rwanda, Burundi, Namibia, South Sudan, Sudan, Eastern DR Congo

as you can see, i've struck the more unlikely options and changed the font color of the more likely ones

the mention of a 'volleyball tournament' (and possibly a league too) of some sort, though the numerical metrics given by K.Angel are almost certainly exaggerated (they just are okay), leads me to believe that countries like Sweden, Norway, South Africa, and even Egypt are contenders as their currencies are at very high rates to the US dollar (meaning a figure like "20 million" does not nearly have as much buying power as $20 million USD.

but everyone, i want to hear your two cents. is there information i've overlooked? is this going too far? or is it not far enough?

Though what I am curious about if they'll be nerfing/buffing the playable cast since I remember how broken Alan was, while Josette was hilariously bad. I believe a rework would be nice since so many characters didn't get a proper spot light.

speaking of the third chapter, i'm wondering if they'll remake it after 2nd chapter. apparently there hasn't been an official confirmation, and even Falcom employees are unsure if they'll go straight to Zero. i'm in the 'remake 3rd' camp personally though (i mean, all the assets they need are pretty much covered by the first two remakes)

Definitely, it's not a matter of if but when in this case. The game is pretty important for future plot lines that get set up in that one, it'd be odd if they skipped over it.

But seeing as we haven't gotten Horizon sequel in almost three years in Japan, the remake is most likely going to take a backseat so they can focus on that. In addition to that, I've heard people theorizing we'll probably be getting some news in December during Falcom share holder meeting.
