I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess that the "day before graduation" was them locking her in a school bathroom where she got assaulted if not outright raped by some creep. Feels like the sort of escalation that would fit in at the tail-end of everything else they've done to her, and also would make sense with the tone of the series, given the author and their other work.

That said...Kitami is starting his own villain path now, potentially. Which makes me wonder if he'll pull back and get it together with regards to Himari, or if he'll do something that puts him on her "list", as well. Or, he ends up killing her himself at the end, out of jealousy for "everything he did for her, not being reciprocated (in the manner he wants)". I could see this going a few different ways once Himari's revenge is complete, but the pieces being laid out here and now have me wondering.

Furukawa is such a parasite that her downfall is what I look forward to with Kanazaki following behind. Kitami really might been the person that stabbed that former idol (I mean he did capture Takei & allowed him to starve to death) & is overly simping on Tojo regardless it is to atone for abandoning her. Correct! The girls locked her in a public toilet and saw a creepy guy outside. They run away and left Toyo there locked alone... But it turns out he was a really nice guy who freed and helped her!

So the last part of the final ch dropped today for free on the official site... I didn't fully MTL it, just the last part.
Looks like he is the only one that died in the end. He sacrificed himself to save Tojo, to be precise, in ch 23 i think.

I thought it was bait like with the rest of the bullies, but there was a big time skip, and only he wasn't shown. Tojo just mentioned something he said to her in an interview as she remembered him, and that was it.

Take it with a grain of salt until we have proper translation that confirms it.
