From memory, I could be wrong, but Setsu Scans picked it up first. They started translating it back when it wasn't even a serialized manga. You can see their work in the Pixiv Edition entry. Then Luminare Translations decided to translate it as well. At one point, Setsu Scans took down several of their chapters, but they later reuploaded them in higher resolution.

Since Luminare Translations went to the trouble of going back and translating all the chapters, I have no problem with them doing it.

It seems like most people prefer to comment on Luminare Translations' version, but since Setsu Scans picked it up first, I only comment on their version.

Luminare started translating it because Setsu scans stopped translating for 3/4 weeks, but the instant Luminare posted their chapters, they also dropped all the chapters that were missing and got mad at Luminare. But because they dropped the chapters in such a short time afterwards it made it seems like they were holding the chapters and a lot of people sided with Luminare.

So personally this incident plus the fact that at the time Luminare chapters were in a higher resolution and I enjoy their translation more made me stick with them.

Feels like the last couple of chapters have gone kinda nowhere. Feels like filler episodes in DBZ where we watch Yamcha play baseball.

This is a slice of life romcom. There is no over arching story or plot. It's just about enjoying the charadters and their interactions. There really is no such thing as filler for this type of manga.

Why does this have two translations uploaded within 2 minutes of each other? I had thought that it was typical scan group rivalries but 2 minutes is crazy for being a coincidence. What's the story here?

Tacking on to the other comments providing context, I much prefer the Luminare TL here. I tried the Setsu one as well, but it did not feel as well thought out and TL'd as naturally as this one does. This group also adds in notes sometimes at the very end explaining their choices thoughtfully and thoroughly.

tl;dr Luminare feels better and more honest to the source material.

Dunno if their chapters were in a higher resolution. Early on, they used to do AI upscaling, and honestly, I thought it looked terrible.

I'm pretty sure they still do, it just looks far better than before. I guess they learned how to tune the upscaler properly. In any case, I stick with Luminare's version because they don't take as many liberties in the localization, and the fact that the leader of Setsu Scans often acts like a bit of a twat in the comments when anybody offers criticism.
