Love this series
The girl inside the glass and the scientist Liao Pei both debuted in the sequel. They were not from the original Jinrouki Winvurga. Liao Pei debuted at the beginning of Hibana's arc. The other girl possibly debuted in the same chapter as Liao Pei. There was a girl with twin buns in Liao Pei's backstory with similar bangs, and then possibly that same girl with her hair down 2 pages later that also look like the girl in the glass.

Can anyone say what Yomi meant by whatever she said while beheading the fatty?
Back in the OG when that guy rp'd her, she was already bleeding a lot due to the hole in her stomach area. So the guy was commenting on how he can't tell whether she's a virgin or not. She didn't give him an answer back then, and she didn't give a straight answer now.
Fast forward to this chapter, and he's also commenting on how he's the only guy she's ever had. But now she comments on how he's not the only guy she's ever had. She doesn't confirm if he was the first or not.
Now, Yomi was supposedly born in the area of Amatsu no Yomi where the old hags dump their defeated soldiers. They only want virgins piloting the Mizunoha armor to preserve the nation's honor. She was removed from there after Mashiro's mom found her and made her Royal Guard leader.
Now we're getting into theory territory.
Of course, Mashiro's mom would soon be captured (and Aoka's mom petrified), leaving Yomi to take orders from the old hags. Without the sisters' protection, Yomi should be subject to the same rule as anyone else who got rp'd, stripped of her armor, whatever they're doing to the girls that make them act like empty husks, and dumped into that place again. Unless of course the old hags value her fighting prowess so much that they let it slide to keep using her as a soldier.
Yomi does display weird emotional reactions sometimes, or lack of. Sometimes, she also displays lack of sympathy to allies. Sometimes, it feels like her emotions are artificial. But it could just be her personality being strict and a little rotten. She's not an empty husk when Mashiro's mom found her (more like a wild animal) and during present day.
So my guess is that after the end of the OG series, she also did it with Nect. But if in a future chapter, the author somehow confirms they haven't done it yet, then maybe she really had her 1st time even before the OG scene with this guy.
Her last scene in the OG was her getting kidnapped after getting beaten up badly, but alive, by Nect.
I guess that few panels of a scene is forgettable since a lot of other things were happening during that chapter? You're not the first person who thought she was dead. 😅

Eh…it’s really like 1 paragraph of dialogue total. It’s a 30 second scene that took 1 month to come out. This manga really is written like a weekly, not a monthly. OG juggled multiple plots at once per issue. Rebellion… takes 5 months to write a 1-page paper.
Anyway, what’s the over/under on flake being somehow alive at this point? Yomi literally had a bomb explode in her. Doleman got shot in the head. Gloria’s heart turned to stone. All of them live. So Falka will somehow not be vaporized.

You know what, I had a weird thought. Instead of Yomi, how do we feel about having the evil girl with glasses, the one who was obsessed with Falka, be the one to save Zane and Hibana?
That would be a character development for her. She saw that she was wrong about Mashiro/had a change of heart in the end. She gets overlooked by the dominators/maybe they even like her for trying to capture Mashiro and broadcast her torture. So she’s in a position to sneak in/go undetected. And as far as I remember, she’s still unaccounted for.
I mean I get that the long play of this arc is “the people Mashiro saved in their time of need, in turn help Mashiro in her time of need.” What better way then to have someone who used to be evil and challenged her ideals on a fundamental level be the one to lead the charge? Then you have the unease of Zane, Hibana, etc not trusting her and she has to prove herself.
I find that better than yomi being here. Yomi already had her arc. She literally “passed the torch” to Mashiro and blew herself up. Yomi was the mentor character. The entire point of the mentor character is to get out of the way and/or die for the hero to grow. Like…obi wan doesn’t just show up to be the one to save Luke when he gets captured.
