This is also basically the prelude chapter. It virtually only serves to remind us of all the players (a LOT of players) and what their "desires" are that will bring this all to a head.

The insane gay homosexual cannibal aside, it's really interesting to eme how the "bad guys" seem to be dividing themselves further and further, while everyone on Iruma's side is united in their support of him. Like right now it's shaping up to be "send Iruma to the human world immediately" OR "use Iruma for sinister experiments" OR "take Derkila's mana from Iruma's ring and revive him" OR "whatever the fuck Baal's actual plan is because there's no way he wants to actually bring back Derkila" OR "kill and eat Iruma right the fuck now mmm yummy yummyyyy" VS "SAVE OUR FRIEND."
I wouldnt be surprised if it came down to some kind of "Your ambitions are aimless and scattered! Ours are united as one!" thing. Maybe some note about how especially rare it is for so many demons to have their desires aligned like this, and that there's very few forces in the Netherworld that can stand up to it. I think that'd be cool. Lines up with what we know about stuff like the hell dance in terms of demon psychology. It'd also just be cool for Iruma to be saved by how he inspires "demonically non-demonic" behavior in those that he's close to.

I personally can't wait to see Kiriwo being devastated with how wrong he was, that Iruma not only has demons who are on his side, they also are willing to fight tooth and fang to get him back.

And he pretty much confirmed that's Delkira's ring huh. I wonder if they'll explain why it's leveling up whenever Iruma gets ranks... though that could be the reason Delkira could've been a human all along since Demon King is the top rank and the ring changes according to their position.
Also, I hope Iruma comes up with his own plan. They've all got their own plans for him even if some of them are his friends, but it'd be interesting if Iruma pulls a Luffy and just does his own thing.

I would like Naberius Narnia disguised as Fenrir to come with an arrest warrant signed by him as deputy chief(second in command of the border police) and signed by the chief of the border police Azazel Henri for Naberius Knightwalker.
We can say that if Kiriwo is thinking of becoming one with Iruma (i.e. for Kiriwo to devour Iruma) I hope Opera sends Kiriwo into a wheelchair like I think former interim demon king Kushinagi sent Knightwalker into a wheelchair, or at least Opera leaves Kiriwo unconscious.
So Shida and most likely Poro, maybe in an extremely toxic way, and Kiriwo want Iruma for selfish reasons.
Why did you try to protect yourself but you couldn't escape? In Alikred's case, he wanted to remain hidden so that others wouldn't find out about him and bring him to a research lab and experiment on him, just like Knightwalker and his assistant Amy Kiriwo would do with Alikred.
The expression "you couldn't escape the very thing you tried to guard against" is a proverb meaning that the thing you feared most—or tried your hardest to avoid—happened after all.
