Well, what will it be Suga-sensei, do we Go Beyond volume 5 or what?
No end-chapter comments about the story ending anytime soon, Suga-sensei got a new record!
Short spoiler: No new Luna secret, Mimi uses the same app as Luna, Luna is almost exclusively drawn in "romcom mode" this chapter.
We start the chapter with Luna taking advantage of the single-room toilet as she checks her matches in the matching app from the last chapter. Naoto needs to use the toilet really bad, and Luna has been taking refuge in it for quite some time. Naoto reaches his limit and knocks on the door, and Luna exits and apologizes for hogging the ivory throne, while visibly acting weird.
Naoto was about to unlock the flood gates, but he spots Luna's phone. He sees the matching app still open, and notices that there are 3 matches for Luna, which gave away that Luna is a registered user. He starts to question when Luna started using the app, but Luna started knocking on the door, asking if she left her phone in there. Naoto tells her that her phone indeed is inside, and Luna attempts to enter immediately to grab it.
Somewhere in the city, Naoto and Kawashina are taking a break at some benches. Naoto still has the app in mind, and figures that because of how flustered Luna was, it was something that she didn't want Naoto to see. Kawashina notices that Naoto is acting absentmindedly since morning and asks if something was bothering him. Naoto however couldn't tell her about Luna's usage of the matching app, and out of nowhere Mimi comes out with the steel chair of a statement that Naoto problem has something to do with taking care of Naoto Jr.'s needs.
Mimi joins the two, and tells Naoto that if he needs some taking care down under, she'll take care of it for him. The pace however gets interrupted by the sound of notification bells ringing one after another, and it happens to be from a matching app on Mimi's phone, the very same app that Luna used. Mimi tells Naoto that ever since she started using the app again, the notifications never stopped.
With the app in mind, Kawashina jumps in and reminds the group on Mimi's statement last time about Mimi "devouring" Naoto "legitimately", but Mimi answers back saying the app can be used for purposes other than finding a lover. Mimi goes on about how the app can be used to find someone to hangout with for food and drinks, essentially using the app for making friends, which was the case for Mimi this time.
Hearing this reassures Naoto, but Mimi continues that there is the chance of encounters going all the way to the bed in some circumstances. Naoto reacts to Mimi's statement, and Mimi asks if this is what was bothering Naoto. Mimi once again offers her help if that was the case, but Kawashina throws her hat in the ring and offers her help as well, considering what they already did that one time at Hiba Camp.
Naoto imagines the two naked in bed, but he overloads himself, and makes a brave retreat telling the two girls to stop teasing him. Some time pass and Naoto is seen still wandering the streets. He's lamenting on how he thinks Luna still treats him as a younger brother, how he got conceited with how things between them are coming along. Still deep in his thoughts, he sees Luna walking alone, and finds it as a timely opportunity to talk to her. Naoto however misses his chance as Luna nervously enters a building.
Chapter ends as Naoto finds out that the building Luna entered on her own was a grand hotel.

Naoto is going to stop whatever Luna is doing and then the twist will be that she was never going to the hotel for sex, Mimi already put the idea into Naoto's head that the app isn't just about dating.
I guarantee you that the meeting at the hotel is actually for something Luna is embarrassed about that she doesn't want Naoto finding out.
Either way, I still don't think NTR will occur.

Well, looks like one of my theory is hitting the nail. The "Luna is protecting Naoto from herself" theory.
Short spoiler: No new Luna secret, seems like Luna IS actively trying to avoid committing Alabama with Naoto AT ANY AND ALL COSTS, Naoto however makes it known to Luna that he DOESN'T MIND committing Alabama with Luna.
We start the chapter with Naoto recalling Mimi's statement of people going all the way to bed with the matching app, and we once again enter Naoto's delusions of Luna having some fun adult time with another guy. Naoto then snaps himself out of it by hitting a pole hard, and tries to calm himself down acknowledging the amount of blank time when he didn't know what Luna was up to, reasoning to himself that Luna probably only wants to hang out with another person, that whatever happens won't change his and Luna's relationship, and his feelings for Luna won't ever change.
We get to Luna sitting on a bed nervously, she recalls that she hasn't been in that sort of place since that one time with Naoto, and she recalls her kiss with him. Simply thinking about Naoto has gotten Luna worked up, but before she does anything she stops herself. She knows that she is important to Naoto, and thinks that it's because she is his Big Sis Luna. Luna thinks to herself that if she crosses the Alabama line, their relationship will never go back to it once was, that Naoto would leave her. We then hear a knock on the door, and Luna steels herself with a look of cold sadness on her face, wanting to completely erase this one specific need of hers so she could stay being Naoto's Big Sis Luna.
Cut to Luna coming back home, not sure how to look Naoto in the eye after what she'd done. Naoto however jumpscares Luna like a man in a bleached Captain Kirk mask coming out of the toilet, greeting her. Meeting Naoto at this exact moment is awkward for Luna, and she tries to escape, but Naotouses Evil Presence to stop her catches her tripping as she panics and grabs her. Naoto went straight to interrogate Luna as she is unable to Decisive Strike herself out of the situation rendered unable to escape. He asked if she'd been drinking as she reeked of alcohol. Luna answers by saying she had with Hiba, but Naoto lets Luna know the he knows it was with another man.
Luna asks how he knew, and Naoto tells her about seeing the app on her phone. Luna is desperately trying to pass it off, but Naoto continues his attack asking if Luna was looking for a lover, to which Luna instantly denies. Naoto then asks her reason why she used the app, but Luna is unable to tell Naoto to his face that she gets hot just by thinking about him. Luna not wanting to tell Naoto a lie however confesses that she needed to blow off some stress lately, so she decided to meet up just once. Naoto tries to question her but Luna tries to escape once again.
Luna tries to end the conversation, but Naoto then tells her that he too is pent up, which caughts Luna by surprise. To this day he thinks to himself that Luna having a relationship with someone is a given thing that he can't do anything about, that it is Luna's freedom to do so, and that he can't say anything about it. But this time, unlike some other protagonist on some other manga, he's having none of thatas he enters Bloodlust level 1.
Chapter ends as he asks Luna directly to her facein execution grabbing distance, if she needs to blow off some stress, then would Naoto himself suffice.
