That's what I thought too, but I couldn't not come up with any kind of clever wordplay to combine the two meanings, and I also wasn't 100% confident that word could mean holding hands. Also in most cases like this, I would rather go for a literal translation even if it loses some nuance, than try to make something up.

Edit: I've made a change to the TL notes, stating that its likely that she means sandwiching hands, to hopefully cause less confusion among readers. I doubt she was actually suggesting that Shou stick something between her breasts.

Doesn't carry the paizuri implication but works okay.

Changes the implication to mean a quick grope, but works for holding hands.
