She needed the dungeon area to be declared a dungeon special zone, which was important both to her and Yuuto since it's actually his home, and you can't exactly declare an area without providing its location.

On another note, I never realised this was a company (I had assumed it was a government agency). Even reading the chapter where they first appear again, I have absolutely no clue what the dungeon public corporation is supposed to do. I guess that since they registered the dungeon it's... under their company's name? How exactly do they profit if Yuuto is clueless about the relationship?

Well, the drone became a monster apparently and it seems to want to make itself useful to Yuuto (who is someone responsible for creating it and who is also immensely powerful) so that it can keep evolving by getting scraps from the prey he takes down.

I don't think it will ever direct any form of hostility towards Yuuto, so the only way that Yuuto would deem it to have an evil moment is if he actually realises he lives in a dungeon and sees it interacting with outsiders.

But right now, there's still no plan to reveal anything to him, and he's very oblivious.
