I’m looking for manga that explores a relationship involving someone who is in therapy (and also has a mental health condition). So like, there are a lot of psychological yuri manga about like one of the lovers having BPD or something like that, but it goes untreated and causes the relationship to spiral out of control in an extreme way.

Instead of that, I’d like one where one of the lovers does actually get treated, but obviously because it’s a chronic condition, there are still trials and tribulations in their relationship surrounding the condition. From what I understand, this kind of thing is rare in manga, because of publishing guidelines and social norms or whatever on explicitly acknowledging mental health problems, but there’s probably a few somewhere.

Are we talking about comedy therapy (Mayo Chiki!) or something serious and professional?
Serious. It can have comedy as like a backdrop, but it should primarily focus on the drama of character development (mental health and its treatment) and relationships in the context of mental health treatment.

Have you read Seisou no Shinrishi? It's about a psychological counselor who treats the hero's party's mental health after a close friend of them had passed away in battle. Though it doesn't actually have any romance, it delves really well into the psychiatric aspects like trauma, BPD, survivors guilt and whatnot.
On a side note, Asper Kanojo fits better with what you actually want but the chapters are no longer on mangadex. basically it's about a girl with Asperger's syndrome meeting with her favourite mangaka. The story explores on her past from being bullied for her condition and living with it thereafter. I don't remember it having any therapy sessions tho.
