Yeah, maybe I'd enjoy it more if the developments were more realistic. The MC has an army of people willing to both bat for him and go on about what a good kid he is and so forth. It almost feels like coddling. The school is acting like this was their first and only currently existing bullying issue, the entire faculty is on board for his case only. Even if one is entirely non-cynical about this and believes most teachers would voluntarily involve themselves in this, they simply shouldn't have the leeway to all be focused on one student, there's no way he's the only one in such a situation.
Don't forget Kondo has the political influence of his father at his side. I'm willing to bet it buried a lot of his shenanigans throughout the years. Considering he goes around cucking people i'm amazed he hasn't been stabbed yet be either the cucked or his whores.
As for the MC. While cucked and accused of abuse. Unlike most of Kondo's victims he was fairly well liked by his fellow students. Although, they did turn on him like a bunch of vultures, he was still in a better position then lets just say an otaku or random student 69.
It helps his mother has the influence and connections. She makes some calls to people pretty high up in the school system. Yeah a teacher might not care about rando bullied student 69 but if said student is well connected. Well the care meter goes up a notch. I'm pretty sure it was the reason the teachers started to care a lot more when Eiji was getting bullied and we pretty much find out why in chapter 11.
Cuntdo might have everything going for him now but sooner or later he was going to screw over the wrong person. (Pretty sure he would have gotten his ass beaten in college sooner or later) And daddies influence can only bury so much of his shitty son's bullshit.
