Still... I can't get over how smooth Makiba can be. If I were a woman, I'd fall for him myself.

I'm sad that I'm going to have to say goodbye to this gagle of idiots. But rereading some of the earlier chapters, I'm amazed how much they've grown. God bless this author: whatever it is, he has it in spades.

I can't believe we're only getting one last volume of this. Let's hype it up so publisher will agree to make 3...no, 5 more.
I mean, it's so good. Minimum annoying romcom tropes and maximum inside jokes, like characters joining the conversation out of nowhere or girls ganging up on Makiba.
But most of of all the straightforwardness of that guy. Despite him acting as clumsy, goofy comic relief he's actually reliable, level-headed and honest young man, able to face others head-on. Despite him having emotionless face he's, like, full of emotions. And not those of blushing and getting embarrassed.
Oh, and the titular girl. I just love this contrast between her outward cool expression and her inner feelings. I mean, I've been sold on that since pre-serialisation. She's even kind of brave, like in this chapter, showing him her face and all that. She's also not mass-produced romcom heroine, you know. Seriously, these two are so good together.

TLDR this series is unique, Main Couple stands out across the genre, we need more of this. More than one volume
