Always happy to see an author take a chapter to give characters a straightforward discussion to figure out a situation, compared to spending a volume or more dealing with some dramatic anger-filled misunderstanding that could've been resolved with said communication.
I mean, the vibe of the manga relies on there being no drama with regards to the FWB situation.
Normally, of course, a story like this would at least include probably a lot of drama, even if it wasn't misunderstanding drama, but It's about the guy having sex with women while not 'dating' or in a 'romance' (there's plenty 'romantic' about what's happening, but they're rejecting the explicit social scripting and panopticon of relationship expectations yada yada yada). It's frictionless on purpose.
The closest thing to drama was the fact that Imashita has a crush on Murata, and sought him romantically, but three chapters ago they were just like, "ehhhhhh, it's ok if we just fuck, even if we don't date i want to fuck him" to Tomoka, and then they said "romance is impossible between us, because I'm going to be the company president". This is obviously a reasonable development for Imashita, gives her something to do, but it totally deflates the tension around her liking him, and its pretty convenient considering how much time was dedicated to Imashita's romantic interest in Murata. It brings her into the fold with Tomoka excited for her with very little effort.
This isn't bad, that's just what this manga is trying to do. The anticipation leading up to them having sex in chapter 50 and the start of 51 was pretty cool, but there was really never any doubt that it would happen, and the dialogue is consistently really cozy and realistic, but it's a straightforward discussion because we can't trip up the vibe.
