Check my comment in the last chapter for my rant on that lesbian asshat

Don't get fooled by her yandereness, she doesn't actually even care about Tsubasa in the slighteset and it fully capable of abandoning her the moment she doesn't fit her own fetishes. Yes, she's fully a lesbian
Yes, most ruining situation

Just went i thought ive found a rare well adjusted lesbian in a straight romcom manga, shouldve seen it coming lol. Romcom Japanese authors really seem incapable of writing non toxic lesbian...

Yandere domino effect. The “prince” becomes jealous of her newfound crushes closeness to a girl which the other one now jealous shes jealous of him. Yandere-ception.

So does she give up on her later on then?
Not until the very end where Tsubasa reveals her real personality and causes her to fly into a rage screaming about how that couldn’t be her personality, and then get mind broken and knocked out. We later see her and she doesn’t seem to care about Tsubasa anymore

Oh boy my favorite totally not overused trope the obsessive lesbian. Did lesbians do something in Japan to get this reputation or is this just a manga thing? I know Himejoshis can be a little aggressive online but like are there even enough openly gay people in Japan for this stereotype to have roots? The sister is already enough of a bitch idk if I want to continue reading this.

When a story is written specifically for male readers to self-insert and enjoy an imaginary harem of high school girls, the easiest antagonist to write is a girl that likes girls instead of boys. It's homophobic and gross, but enough of the target audience is also homophobic and gross* that it still works.

*Not commentary on anyone here specifically, of course.
Wrong. The easiest antagonist to write is a blonde, tanned bastard who tries cucks the protagonist, not some dumb yandere lesbian.
Some retards* must think the annoying yandere lesbian trope is funny and cute, so I think that's why some authors insist on adding them. I've been seeing this shit lately in a few mangas that I recently discovered, so that's why my frustrated commentary.

*Not commenting on anyone specifically, of course.

Sorry lesbo girl, but your prince is about to become his princess, and there's nothing you can do about it, just like what you've said to MC back then in the past, "Give up about your love(lol)."

Oooh! An actual love triangle, huh? I'm liking this so far. Dare I say, it might even be good? It is interesting at the least.

Tbf to the story itself, the light novel has longer scenes with a lot more context. We actually got Tsuchiya's pov for an interlude and how the situation and emotions were complicated for her. She does feel jealous, but she doesn't like that she's feeling that way about someone she legitimately trusts and sees as a friend.
