I'm sorry, I can't follow why this is rated so highly... This screams of the typical wuxia plot where the MC is an arrogant nobody but stumbles on huge power that he barely needs to train meanwhile always resorting to violence to solve problems that he is wholly responsible for creating.

@GodBroccoli11 Or the author could just not include that tidbit, it neither adds nor subtracts if he doesn't, but including it makes the MC look like garbage because he's only looking out for himself. @VivezEspirit

@Pucci83 The LN expands far more and suggests the plan to betray them was motivated by greed/power; if the Korean S ranks die in the raid, they will be forced to rely on Japan and make them pay for their services and/or take control of Korea.

Just taking a guess: Lou = Lucifer, Elle = Michel(le)? As for the story, its meh. Typical Korean mmorpg turned into reality with a character that "can't level", but really can because the author just cicircumvented his own system to give him more "appeal".

I'm guessing he didn't reincarnate, but swapped bodies so the real Ars has taken over his position.

@B10bot The author kind of mocks the chuuni with the comment about the robe which just makes it sad...

The pacing is shit. That last chapter (?), he is walking out of a building, then falling in the sky to jumping, to Japan, to reading emails to fighting monsters. I get some of it but that's too much shit for a short span.

@Nami The thing is... this manga is literally no different. People don't come here because they see Im Dal and want to shit all over the threads; they come here reading the story and once they realize it's Im Dal, they immediately know its not worth their time to get invested in a story that...

@Nami Its because this author has a long history that you cannot ignore. Usually, the stories start off good with a large following, but that always changes. The author goes off the rails, readers lose interest and eventually the stories is dropped, ends terribly, author moves on to something...

@kronos00 I think it's more of a dystopian future than an isekai.

This was an OK story when I first read it, but when I am reminded that its Im Dal Young, I can't bring myself to see this as anything more than garbage.
