I'm not expecting any professionalism especially when it comes to a site where people read manga for free out of the kindness of a person or group who aren't even getting paid to translate it.. but I at least want to speak my mind without the worry of getting suspended cause I made someone butthurt.

Freedom of speech doesn't mean freedom of consequence. You can say whatever you want, but by using this space, you need to abide by the rules set by those that manage it, or you'll face the consequences of your actions (this isn't, after all, a public space).

On the other hand, those managing this space have no obligation to tolerate you or me, or anyone else. In my opinion, this is especially true in the context of tolerating intolerance and what that does to communities at large and the rules seem to reflect that, so Mangadex continues to be a stable community in the long run.

No one here is saying "the Nazis were the good guys!!" Or anything like that but people interpret it that way when confronted by an opinion or statement they don't like. Exaggerating how a statement like "I don't believe men can become women" is somehow gonna resurrect the Third Reich.

If you're referring to the guy I'm thinking of, then nah, his ban was well deserved. You probably haven't ran into him enough. Him and another who-shall-not-be-named member are notorious for spamming anti-trans and transphobic rhetoric in the comment section of any manga with trans or crossdressing characters. If you have, and totally agree with his "facts", then I have nothing else to say to you. The mods here are actually very chill and were lenient with him. If they were truly draconian as you say, a lot of the other idiots would have gotten the ban hammer already. I probably would have, too.
