Well. I mean it's a Yandere and has a Romance tag. I was initially going to point out that it was a Shoujo as part of that specification regarding it having a Romance tag, but admittedly Shounen also are fairly transparent about their fetishes too. That's typically what this is all about when you combine these things.

Now as to whether the author is good at writing and how good the world building, lore, logic, dialogue and whatnot just varies.

Hmm…the way they emphasize how he’s acting/looking like one of the monsters, how he was nice when they first met and then made a total flip later…is he really the hero? It could be that the Hero met Freesia before he fought the Demon King (or lord or whatever) and got possessed/replaced by him. That would explain why he’s acting the way he is now.

That or he’s just a total Yandere and I’m reading too many manga with mysteries lol
