Interestingly... the fact Clara seems to never have entered her evil cycle before may have contributed to how this one is being so extreme.

The evil cycle does have a function to let devils vent some pressure now and then, but she is naturally bubbly, even with her insecurities, so... despite having them somewhat "under control", this evil cycle amplified a lot of her inner thoughts.
