At the very least, we got the immediate problem, Sylphy's health, resolved.

I would have wanted to know who brought Towa over to that world and gave him the bracelet, and why... seems to be somehow related to Vestal. And - the long term story - will Towa's secret be exposed (maybe he even reveals it to his girl friends) or will it be kept until Towa eventually becomes a witch (and a woman)?

If it were me, plot wise, after obtaining that Feminization ability, learning Light Magic and unlocking the Magic Armament, we can conclude that Towa is on a route to turn into a full-fledged witch. Gaining that dragon for a companion would then be another step in becoming Vestal's successor and fight evil as the next legendary witch.

The protagonist pretty much enjoys this new life quite a bit, trains to level up and get better at magic. Currently there are still a lot of situations where Towa is insecure or feels out of place - like being naked in the bath with all the beauties. But I guess, over time that will become more and more normal/natural. Gaining life experience as a girl and increasing magic power most likely affects the Feminization ability as well, at least that's how I would develop the story. It could be easier for Towa to become and live as a girl - since (s)he's more and more used to it. It might even get to a point where the transformation ends up being permanent because the skill evolves or Towa choses to forfeit her male past and live as a woman.

Yep, there is a lot of potential to go on here... it didn't have to end like this.

they were clearly going to be basically like "Little Witch Academia" except the protagonist is a guy who turns into a girl and the protagonist is from our world transported into this magical world and! and!!! more Yuri Focus.

and for the plotwise? I'm assuming we would basically follow the female characters getting along, doing stuff together and learning magic and I can imagine what would have happened immediately after this chapter.

they would talk about maybe hunting down the witch hunter wolf Guy? maybe not immediately, first they would want to do something slow and relaxing.

but like that basically the next thing that would happen and after that? at some point after some Adventures and bonding, the male protagonist would be found out like fully found.

that the protagonist is actually male and not female and I can imagine the girl who would fully found out first is the blond big titty girl and she would be somewhat fine with it and might actually even see it as an opportunity to try to be with a guy then the lolly would find out fully I can imagine shortly after probably catching the blonde girl and the male protagonist doing something?

and then the black hair friend would find out and personally I think she would be angry and hate the male protagonist now, but more so out of a feeling of Betrayal and uncertainty and due to her prejudiced against males.

and then the next few chapters would be essentially mending the relationship and explaining to her honestly the full story of how they ended up in this world and how they got this power randomly and they didn't intend to deceive any of them especially not her but then they got scared of her every time she showed how she despised males.

anyway this is a lot of writing do you follow along since you apparently did not follow the plot?
