Well, women of long lifespan race tend to have a hard time conceiving in general, and it becomes more harder if the partner is from different race.
Aka., while MC can impregnate Sylphy, it is dependent on luck of draw. Same situation with Cyclops girl, as she is also from a long lifespan race.
As for the Harpies, many did get impregnated by MC, but they didn't inform MC about it until much later, because in Harpies culture, men are not responsible for looking after the offspring nor are usually informed about birth of offspring. Harpies take care of their offspring as a community, because they as a group of Harpies share one male.
Aka., the job of a male in Harpies community is just to impregnate them. They don't expect a male to look after their offspring financially. They also have the notion of taking care of their male or spoiling them, as to Harpies a female only race, males who breed with them are highly valuable.

Well can't say much about the Human girls, but for the other Races, it's sort-off a norm.
I mean, the ratio of Women for other races is much higher than Men (heck there are multiple Women only races as well). Plus the people around are mostly survivors after the Kingdom fell, which further reduced the number of Men of other races.

Which is why not just MC, but every male around him are getting new waifus as more people come in.

The Monkey guy actually has it worse though compared to MC, as unlike MC who is getting buffs and boost based on his Achievements which allows him to withstand the situation, the Monkey Guy isn't getting anything like that and is regularly being attacked by half-a-dozen Women per night.

I will write this cause everyone knows at this point he will have kids still spoilering though:

The harpies have a LOT of his children, it takes him a while to even realize it, cause harpies are all female, so kids are all female. Also they just do it for breeding and dont expect the father to do anything.

Priestess and her attendant get pregnant first of the non-harpy wives, actually her attendant is before the priestess, its kind of funny. Sylphy was most upset cause it takes her a LONG time.
