It was Madera or Madara, and he could end up being Credo, but only if everything about Credo was a lie and he isn't actually dead. Seeing how Madara didn't risk meeting Yuuji even after he annihilated his own Lab branch and expressed his differing ideals and priorities, since Yuuji would understandably not trust him and could kill him, I really don't think he'd be so brazen as to meet Yuuji face to face as a whole different persona, one that's way more fucked up and less sympathetic to Yuuji. Either he's suddenly way less cautious than during his introduction or it's not him.

Also I think the wind is some sort of killing intent that just needs to kill Yuji but he gets resurrected thanks to whatever book he reads. As it was already too bold to have him escape the lab instead of fighting them head on.
