All plot aside . . . I've read far too many school manga, and nearly all of them have cultural festival thingies. And that schtick where they're doing a normal cafe except if you show the "secret" token you get ushered into the back room run by the mafia is one of the most creative ideas I've ever seen for a cultural festival gig.

I was thinking the same thing, it's pretty genius. Hanging out with a gamer girl had a pretty cool one too, along the lines of th rpg escape room.

Honestly, all the ideas presented here as part of the cultural festival are different from the usual trope-y stuff they use in other manga. I like it in general and the "secret mafia cafe" idea the most.
